Large Room – 5,000 sq ft

Spacious, bright, and impressive, this 5,000-square-foot room is perfect for hosting your large-scale events or group training sessions. Its elegant ambiance and professional layout create an inspiring environment, ideal for providing your participants with a memorable experience.

  • Capacity for 200 chairs, 15 tables seating 8 people each, and 20 bistro tables ($)

2026 Rates (before taxes):

  • Room rental for dance classes or practice: $75/hour

  • Shared-access rental for open practice in the gym: $25/day

  • Shared base rate for teaching: $25/hour

  • Special Event: Starting at $150/hour + cleaning fee ($175) + security deposit ($500)
