Spacious, bright, and impressive, this 5,000-square-foot room is perfect for hosting your large-scale events or group training sessions. Its elegant ambiance and professional layout create an inspiring environment, ideal for providing your participants with a memorable experience.

Rates valid through August 31, 2026 (excluding taxes):
Room rental for dance classes or practice: $75/hour
Shared access rental for open practice in the room: $25/day
Shared base rate for teaching: $25/hour
Special Event: $150/hour + cleaning fee ($175) + security deposit ($500)
